The Global Agenda

The ‘Global Agenda Commitment to Action’ is the product of a three year collaboration between the International Federation of Social Workers (IFSW), the International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW) and the International Council on Social Welfare (ICSW).

It provides a commitment to work together with people who use services and others at an international, European,r egional and local level to create a more equal and effective social agenda; common goals for social workers and the means for strengthening our voice at an international level; and a clear analysis of current and enduring social problems based on social justice and human rights.

An action plan will be developed at the Stockholm Conference July 2012 to take the Global Agenda forward.
