Mental Health Reference Group (England)

The Mental Health Reference Group was set up in April 2011 by the BASW England Committee in order to assist in the carrying forward of the England Development Plan, specifically by providing a focus for mental health.

BASW urges action in wake of CQC report highlighting concern over detentions under Mental Health Act

BASW calls on policy makers and service providers to act after the Care Quality Commission highlights concern over the treatment of people detained under the Mental Health Act in England.
