To mark World Social Work Day key organisations delivering, and involved in, Scotland’s social services come together for the largest day event in Scotland. It will take place at the Social Services Expo and Conference on 19th March at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh to celebrate the progress and evolution of social work services and look forward to the future plans to meet people’s needs.
Design your own programme for the day to fit your learning requirements taken from a mixture of speakers, workshops, posters, debate and discussion, global links, films and the latest technology.
The diversity of the day will stimulate innovation and creativity in meeting peoples’ needs across the social services spectrum. This is a FREE event and will contribute to your PRTL requirements.

If you book a place and fail to turn up at the event you may be charged an administration fee. If you cannot attend you can email socialservicesevent@scotland.gsi.gov.uk by 17 March to notify your cancellation or nominate a substitute.
