Join well-known and highly respected author, Dr Neil Thompson (BASW Cymru Ambassador) for this workshop on the importance of professional development in the challenging times we now find ourselves in.
The day will provide opportunities for exploring such key issues as:
- Keeping the learning going
- Strengthening professional identity
- Maintaining professionalism in a context of managerialism
- Professionalism and leadership
- The importance of morale
There will also be opportunities for networking with colleagues from across Wales.
