This timely seminar will offer delegates an opportunity to discuss key issues in the support for children in the care system. Sessions will examine the efficiency and effectiveness of the foster care system, the quality and safety of children's homes and how to support children from care successfully into further education, employment and adulthood more broadly.
The seminar will bring together key stakeholders involved in this area of policy; including representatives of local authorities, children's charities, children's home providers, schools and college leaders, police, community groups and social work bodies, with policymakers in Government and Parliament, and others with an interest in these issues.
