BASW Cymru is urging social workers in Wales to share their experiences of the quality and frequency of supervision they receive.
The survey findings will help BASW Cymru submit evidence to the Welsh government about the supervision social workers receive and the extent to which employers need to be better regulated against the Code of Practice for Employers of Social Care Workers.
The survey should only take a couple of minutes and all information you provide will be anonymised.
