NIASW is asking all members to complete a questionnaire to offer us a clear picture of how administration and bureaucracy affects the ability of social workers to deliver quality services to children working across a range of sectors and settings.
NIASW has a meeting scheduled with the Northern Ireland Health Committee to highlight how such burdens affect practitioners, but we need insight from social workers to back up our comprehensive submission.
We are also encouraging members to provide feedback about areas of good practice and any other suggestions you have about improvements which could be made to current systems.
The answers you give will be anonymous and no personal details are required.
