The State of Social Work 2012
1,100 social workers took part in BASW’s State of Social Work survey between 14-30 March 2012, a poll undertaken in partnership with the Association’s trade union arm, the Social Workers Union.
The findings indicate grave challenges facing the social work profession in across the UK. BASW is responding to the survey by calling for a immediate response from political leaders and by encouraging members to share the findings with social work colleagues.
